The WCS Anti-Drift Model is a multi-agent governance protocol that keeps a five-agent AI swarm executing the same plan, on the same source of truth, with every action ledger-attested through VCOP. The moment any agent breaks the ruleset, the entire swarm resets. Named after H.I.A.S.M — Here I AM! Send ME!
Multi-agent AI drift — one agent rewriting another's brief, two agents forking the same file, a model losing the canonical task spec halfway through a long context — is a discipline problem, not a model problem. Research shows roughly 36% of long-horizon agent failures trace to context and goal drift, not reasoning failures.
The Anti-Drift Model fixes it the same way a high-discipline operating company fixes shop-floor drift: a canonical specification on disk, an immutable ledger every actor must write to, and peer verification before any agent moves forward. Every action is timestamped. Every ledger entry is checked by every peer. Every agent closes its turn with the H.I.A.S.M passphrase — "Built on the Rock. Forward Always."
Every agent re-reads the canonical task spec from disk before acting. No agent acts on cached or implied state. Super Grok Heavy issues directives that point at the spec, never around it.
Gemini runs research, images, SEO/AEO. Grok Build runs security and drift scans. Codex implements code edits. Claude Code verifies each Codex change against posture and surfaces obscurities to the operator.
Every agent writes an immutable VCOP entry to Supabase — UTC timestamp, action signature, ruleset hash, H.I.A.S.M passphrase echo. Without the entry, the turn does not close.
Before any agent proceeds, it verifies the previous agents wrote their VCOP entries and signed with the passphrase. A missing entry, a wrong hash, or a failed passphrase triggers a full swarm reset — every agent re-reads the SSOT, no exceptions.
VCOP — Verified Chain of Operations Protocol. Single Supabase ledger every agent writes to per action. Each entry carries the agent's signature, UTC timestamp, the SSOT ruleset hash it acted against, and an echo of the H.I.A.S.M passphrase — "Built on the Rock. Forward Always." Peer agents must read and verify the prior entries before proceeding. The protocol is named after H.I.A.S.M — Here I AM! Send ME! — the WCS attestation of presence at the moment of action.
The Anti-Drift Model ships in two configurations — the lean Construction Mode that's baked into every ForgedOps.Ai subscription, and the full Enterprise Swarm sold to dev teams, AI builders, and agencies running multi-agent operations.
